Bread Upma

Ingredients:
·Bread                  - 6 to 7 pieces
·Oil                       - 1 tbsp
·Mustard Seeds    - ¼ tsp
·Red chilly            - 1 or 2
·Curry leaves        - 4 to 5
·Chana dal            - ½ tsp
·Onion                  - 1 small
·Tomato ketchup  - 1 tbsp
·Turmeric powder - a pinch
·Salt to taste
·Coriander Leaves
.2-3 tsp water
.2-3 tsp lemon juice

Method:
1. Cut bread to small pieces.
2. Heat oil in a fry pan.
3. Temper with mustard, red chilly, curry leaves and chana dal.
4. Add chopped onions and fry till golden.
5. Add a tbsp of tomato ketchup , turmeric powder, salt and lemon juice combine.
6. Add bread pieces and sauté for a minute. If needed sprinkle water.
7. Switch of the flame and put lid and keep it aside for a mintue.
8. Garnish with freshly chopped coriander leaves.
9. Serve hot with chutney or sauce.
